Jan (not her real name) is a student in Ignite! She has experienced a lot of hurt in her young life and like many teens Jan has turned to cutting herself as a way of trying to deal with her pain. Recently, after a Thursday night youth ministry, Jan came up to me to tell me that it has been 14 months since she has cut herself! She shared that she was tempted to cut recently but refused to give into the temptation!! Praise God for His work in her life!
